Please allow us to express our sincere gratitude for your concern and sympathy regarding the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake.

We would like to take this opportunity to update everyone on the conditions as of January 5.
All employees at Toyox’s head office and factories in Kurobe City, Toyama, have been confirmed as being safe. There have been no major damages to our factories or internal infrastructure, and we have begun accepting orders and completing shipments as usual from today.

However, deliveries may be impossible or delayed due to conditions in other affected areas and traffic conditions. We ask for your patience and understanding in such cases.
